A Serenity Home Watch principal with over 15-years of experience in the field will always conduct the inspection and provide a post-inspection check list.
9Are you bonded and insured?
Yes, Serenity Home Watch is fully bonded and insured.
10How often will you inspect my home?
Each client’s needs are different. We will conduct a FREE home consultation to determine what level of service is right for you.
11What if my home watch company finds an issue?
Clients receive a comprehensive report after each Serenity Home Watch visit. Areas of concern will be highlighted along with, when possible, a potential solution. Emergencies will be directed to first responders immediately with a follow up call to the property owner.
12Is there any contract or minimum watch term?
No. Serenity Home Watch offers a comprehensive suite of services ala carte. There are no minimums; add services or cancel anytime.
